Bill it Now Overview

Bill it Now (BIN) is the billing management system that handles all billing needs (after initial one-time payment) for the Beyond Floods product including:

◦Policy Detail Information

◦Installment Pay Plans

◦Mortgagee Bill

◦Fee Processing

◦Installment Statement/Invoice Processing

◦Payment Processing

◦Recurring Payments Processing — Set up & Changes

◦Returned Payment Processing

◦Refund Processing

Agents can access Bill it Now by navigating to the Beyond Floods policy administration platform and either:

1. Selecting the "Billing" tab at the top of the screen, which will take you to your agency's Bill it Now account

2. Searching for the policy, entering the policy details screen, and selecting the blue "Single Sign On" button, which will take you to that specific policy's billing information in Bill it Now.

Insured's can access Bill it Now by navigating to Billitnow.com and entering their policy details to set up a new account. This will link them to their policy in Bill it Now where they can view and process payments.
