What information do agents need to receive a quote?

In order to get your initial quote, we need the following information entered into page 1 of our quoting process:

  • Physical address of the dwelling
  • Insured's Name and email address
  • Occupancy details (primary or secondary home)
  • The year the dwelling was built
  • Number of floors including the basement where applicable
  • Basic knowledge of structure's foundation
  • Replacement cost of the dwelling
  • The requested effective date
  • Coverage and deductible the client would like
  • Whether the policy would be related to a closing or not


Please note the initial quote provided on page 2 of the quote workflow may be subject to referral based on certain responses received and location of the structure. If an Underwriter has to make any adjustments prior to releasing the quote from referral, the previously quoted premium may be altered.
